Welcome
For more than thirty years I have worked with people who want to step back, look at their lives more clearly, and make thoughtful changes that improve their overall wellbeing. My approach combines practical coaching with a broader understanding of the emotional and psychological patterns that shape our decisions, relationships and sense of personal possibility. I work in partnership with my clients from an “I’m okay, You’re okay” perspective, helping them identify realistic steps that can create meaningful and lasting change.
Clients usually come with a specific challenge, then start to uncover the wider interconnectedness.

In my opinion, understanding the full picture is necessary for a truly successful and sustainable solution.

We often speak as if our body, mind, and emotions are somehow separate, when in reality they form an integrated whole.
While developing an in-depth understanding of a particular aspect of human functioning can be valuable, the current tendency toward increasing specialization can narrow the focus. When we concentrate only on one part of a problem, it is easy to lose sight of the whole person, who is always more than just the sum of those parts.
In reality, everything in our lives is interconnected. What we focus on influences our mood; our mood affects our tension levels; tension affects sleep; sleep affects our energy; and our energy affects our work, relationships, and overall wellbeing. Our past experiences also shape how we interpret the present and anticipate the future.
One of the main challenges people face when trying to understand what is negatively affecting their quality of life is that it is extremely difficult to see clearly from inside the problem. When we are immersed in our own circumstances, it can be almost impossible to maintain the objectivity needed to identify what might change things for the better.

My work is primarily directed towards helping people step back and look at their lives from a broader perspective. As an integrated wellbeing coach, I take a holistic approach, exploring the different aspects of a person’s current situation and helping them identify where relatively small changes may have a significant positive impact across many areas of their life.
I have been privileged to work with a wide range of people over more than thirty years, and over the past fifteen the internet has allowed me to work with clients across many countries and cultures. Despite these differences, I have repeatedly seen that many of the challenges we face are remarkably similar.
When we examine our lives as a whole, there is almost always some potential shift—sometimes surprisingly small—that can lead to meaningful and lasting improvements in our quality of life.
I draw on a broad range of tools, techniques, knowledge, and experience to help my clients identify and implement those changes, and it is always deeply rewarding to see the positive effects not only in their lives, but often in the lives of their families, friends, and colleagues as well.
